Developed an artist-friendly eye lookdev tool for desktop (Mac and Windows) that allowed artists to intuitively adjust eye size, position, and proportions for multiple characters directly on their local machines. Built as a standalone Unity application, it provided real-time feedback on eye adjustments, with the final configurations saved to JSON files. This automated data output seamlessly integrated back into Unity, enabling artists to quickly apply lookdev changes without additional steps. Progress was auto-saved, supporting iterative workflows across dozens of characters and giving artists precise control and efficiency in their lookdev process.
